Conceptual Design

 

I will guide you through your selection of materials, finishes, fittings, and fixtures. Because it can be overwhelming trying to decide between so many choices the right color, material, finish, fixture. I will do the hard research finding the right choice for you, incorporating your personalized style. I will put your selections on a mood board and get the physical appearance and aesthetic of them together.

I will help you to design a functional and comfortable space, making it the most sustainable and efficient design. If you have an upcoming kitchen/ bathroom renovation, building a new section in your home, or an entirely new building, I can help you to create a spatial design or layout with a natural flow according to your needs and life style.

drafting

 

Documentation Drawings. I can translate your plan layout, ideas or hand sketches into technical drawings with all specifications and deep understanding of information required for construction.

3D Rendering. Using the latest design software I can provide you a realistic 3D render of your project to get a visual perception before making your final decision.

Floor Plans

Conceptual plans. For new build if you have your spatial design or layout, I can provide you a floor plan making sure its scale and proportions are correct.

2D or 3D rendered floor plan. If you are planning to sell or rent and need a floor plan to provide more details.

From Kitchen, bathroom, to laundry, wardrove and mud rooms. We can design together a practical and functional joinery design that best suits your needs.

With every single detail on it and specifications needed, I will provide you the drawing plans to develop with you preferred joiner or alternatively we could work with our referred cabinet makers.

With your personal touche I will work with you to find the right selection of furniture, window treatment, rugs, cushions and accessories to make your ideal space. we will work collaboratively to find the colors, combinations, theme or style to complement your current scheme supporting your taste and choices.

how can we start

1. phone consultation

We will have a free phone consultation where we can discuss a bit about your project to get an overview and the services you need and which plan will suit you. Then we will move on onto a Home consultation. Drop me a message with your available times, and I will book a phone consultation for you.

2. in home design consultation

We can discuss in detail about your project, ideas, wish list, budget and time frame. I will get to know you and get all the details and considerations needed to develop a design that best suits you and complement with your space and ideas. We will talk about your routine, life style, likes and dislikes . We will do a walkthrough where you can explain in detail your plans while getting as much advice as you want for your project.

Design consultation fees: $200 up to 45 minutes then hourly rate will be charge.

Hourly rate fees: $150

After our first consultation I will provide you a quote for your design concept or you can decide between our friendly packages that best fits you. ( or one of my friendly packages that best suits you)

3. concept design

We are working together now! I will start working on your concept design, which will include: options of layout, inspirational images board, a mood boards with a collection of samples for your materials selected collaboratively such as tiles, floor, paint colors, finishes, selection of fixtures. And a 3d visualization of how your future project could look.

4. working to completion

I will assist you in the process of purchasing the products with all the information and specifications needed for it, or if you prefer, I can provide you a documented schedule for your builder or tradesperson for pricing and construction.

Once your project is complete, you can enjoy styling your space, or if you prefer, we can do it together to rich the maximum potential of the beauty of your place.
